Police have also charged a man for the murder of Elwin Bobo Lewis - the gang figure whose street murder was among those that triggered a state of emergency.
Police today charged 22 year oldTravis Herbert of #16 Iguana Street, for the crime of Murder.
Lewis had gone into the Iguana Street area to cash checks for his fellow gang affiliates in the LIU program.
